After researching logos from other film companies, we decided that we like simple but effective logos. We agreed that we would all want our logo in black and white, with possibly another colour if the need was felt to have one. The text had to be readable and suitable for the film we would create. -Making the logoI (Georgina) was the one to make this logo because I have previous knowledge of how to use Photoshop well and I had a very strong idea for the logo that everyone else also agreed with. I started with a black background and then put the words 'GEMINI' and 'PRODUCTIONS' central in the image and in a simple, bold font. To make the pair of twins back to back, I got a silhouette of a side profile and traced it on Photoshop in a new layer so it would be white and not black. I then duplicated the layer and flipped it so that the silhouettes would be backwards and exactly the same. -The Final Logo![]() Our final logo was made with Photoshop. The logo is kept very simple but still looks good. The words were kept in a simple and easy to read font so that the audience could know and remember the name easier. The picture in the logo is of a pair of twins back to back. Gemini, in astrology, is known as the twins. We used a pair of twins back to back because we didn't like the actual sign for Gemini and it didn't look as good as this one did.
