For the main prop of our opening scene, as well as the subject for our film poster, we had to manipulate a teddy bear to make it look worn and old. We used the teddy bear to symbolise the innocence of the child in our piece. The use of the worn, dirty teddy symbolises his innocence being destroyed.

For filming we will need a playground situated in a forest. These are our ideas. This is The Lookout. It will be very good as our location, as it has a huge forest and playground with a lot of room to film. However, this is situated in Bracknell and may be difficult for the whole group to travel to. There are very few other parks in the area which have a forest. Home Park has a lot of trees, which we could potentially use as a forest, however it may not give the same effect of someone being lost in a large forest. Black Park does have a forest, however it may be too far away. We would ideally need to film in a place that everybody could access by foot. The Clewer Recreational Centre is very easily accessible. It has a large playground and a few trees, which could potentially be made to look like a forest.
